  • In the case of cancellation by the participant of the booked events or the booked vehicle as well as other services a reimbursement is made as follows:
  • a. Cancellations within 30 days prior to the agreed date will not be refunded.
  • b. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to the agreed date will be issued a voucher at 50% of the value (not including trackday and third party charges, eg: Trackday entry, transportation, accommodation) valid until the end of calendar year, 3 years from the date of cancellation.
  • c. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the agreed date will be issued a voucher at 75% of the value (not including trackday and third party charges, eg: Trackday entry, transportation, accommodation) valid until the end of calendar year, 3 years from the date of cancellation.
