Essential Information

Guidance for Instructors

  • For Daytona, instructors receive an $800 discount: $199 is the track fee for instructors.
  • Instructors are now being accepted.
  • Current Chin instructors: complete the online registration, and click 'Instructors Only' to skip the fees. THEN,
    please send a message to Jim@Chintrackdays.com, requesting instructor status and I'll apply the discount.
  • Instructors registering for Saturday and Sunday are also eligible for a discount on Friday's Open Track event.
  • For new instructors, registration is available only with prior approval.
    Please see our instructor criteria.
  • Current membership in Chin Track Days is required, as it is for all drivers, however is complimentary for instructors.

Food and Drink

  • Lunch is available on site at the Garage Concession stand.
  • Always bring a supply of DRINKING WATER!

Recommended Hotels

Convertibles

  • Must have Factory roll-over protection or 4 point aftermarket roll over protection in all convertibles.
  • There is obvious additional risk to use a convertible, and an additional waiver is applicable.

Co-Drivers/Car Sharing

  • Co-drivers with solo eligibility are welcome, sharing a car in the same run group.
  • NOTE: Novice entries limited to primary driver ONLY. Novice co-drivers not accepted.
  • Please note: 2 drivers in 2 different run groups requires 2 primary registrations.
  • A 2nd driver can be added to any primary registration for an additional $200/2-day.
  • Like all drivers, a co-driver must have current membership in Chin Track Days.

  • Like most track time car clubs, Chin Track Days has an annual membership, required for all drivers.
