Essential Information

  • Track Event Registration: $349
  • Second Driver Fee (read details below): $95
  • Coaching fee, applicable for novice drivers: $75
  • Optional paddock RV stayover fee: $35
  • RV paddock camping DETAILS!
  • Private event: Guests, family or crew of registered drivers must be on the gate guest list for access to the paddock.
    • Those not on the list will not be allowed to enter the track.
    • Minors 17 and under cannot come on to the Sebring grounds without a parent or legal guardian present! Cousins, brothers, uncles, grandparents etc. cannot sign for them, their signature is not valid. Minors that show up without a parent or legal guardian present will not be allowed onto the property.
  • COVID-19 Screening: All drivers, guests and crew will be screened by Sebring staff at the gate prior to being allowed entry into the facility. This screening will add time necessary to enter the gate, please prepare for this and do not arrive at the last minute. This is a mandatory gate policy from Sebring.
  • NEW: Sebring gate fee: $20: All RVs and towed enclosed trailers will be assessed a $20 Cash Only paddock parking/power fee. Street-driven cars are exempt from the fee. This is a mandatory gate policy from Sebring.

Guidance for Instructors

  • Instructors are now being accepted.
  • Current Chin instructors: complete the online registration, and click 'Instructors Only' to skip the fees. THEN,
    please send a message to Will@Chintrackdays.com, requesting instructor status.
  • For new instructors, registration is available only with prior approval.
    Please see our instructor criteria.
  • Track fees are always complimentary for instructors
  • Current membership in Chin Track Days is required, as it is for all drivers, however is complimentary for instructors.

Food and Drink

  • Paddock concession stand will be open for breakfast and lunch during the track day. Please patronize this service to ensure the continuing availability of paddock concessions.

Convertibles

  • Convertibles may be driven in OE configuration. No modification needed.
  • There is obvious additional risk to use a convertible, and an additional waiver is applicable.

Co-Drivers/Car Sharing

  • Co-drivers are welcome, sharing a car in the same run group.
  • NOTE: Novice entries limited to primary driver ONLY. Novice co-drivers are currently not accepted due to Covid risk.
  • Please note: 2 drivers in 2 different run groups requires 2 primary registrations.
  • A 2nd driver can be added to any primary registration for an additional $95.
  • Like all drivers, a co-driver must have current membership in Chin Track Days.

  • Like most track time car clubs, Chin Track Days has an annual membership.
    A driver must have first have a member account and password to complete registration.
