Essential Information

  • Track Event Registration: $649
  • Second Driver Fee (read details below): $150
  • Coaching fee, applicable for novice drivers: $100

  • Garages are no longer available, all available garages are SOLD OUT.
  • Format: limited enrollment, with 3.5 hours daily track time available to each group.
  • RV camping in the paddock is NOT offered: DETAILS HERE. 
  • Private event: guests, family or crew of registered drivers must be on the gate guest list for access to the paddock.
    • Those not on the list will not be allowed to enter the track.
      Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course Minor Policy: Anyone under the age of 18 by he event date at Mid-Ohio must submit a minor waiver to Mid-Ohio's Chief Registrar ten (10) days prior to the event. All parents/guardians of minors should contact Tammi Griffith at (419) 884-4000 x 3007. Absolutely no minors under the age of 16 years of age by the event date can participate in on-track activities.

Guidance for Instructors

  • The instructor quota has been filled.
  • Please send a message to Will@Chintrackdays.com, to be added to the waitlist.
  • For new instructors, registration is available only with prior approval.
    Please see our instructor criteria.
  • Track fees are always complimentary for instructors.
  • Current membership in Chin Track Days is required, as it is for all drivers, however is complimentary for instructors.

Food and Drink

  • Drivers are on your own for all meals.
  • Concession stand will NOT be open.

  • The BW/Richland Mansfield is about 15 minutes from the track.
  • Please call directly and ask for Chin group rates
  • CUT-OFF DATE is 7 days prior to event. Rates will be higher for reservations made after the cut-off.
    • Participants are responsible for their own reservations.

Convertibles

  • Street convertibles are permitted, with some restrictions.
  • Convertibles with no factory roll protection (Corvettes, early Miatas, Mustangs, etc…)
    may participate, and are restricted to the green group.
  • Those with some form of factory roll protection (P. Cabriolets, M3 Cabs, S2000, Boxster),
    or aftermarket roll bar, may run in any group, based on the driver’s experience.
  • Additional waivers are applicable

Co-Drivers/Car Sharing

  • Co-drivers with solo eligibility are welcome, sharing a car in the same run group.
  • NOTE: Novice entries limited to primary driver ONLY. Novice co-drivers not accepted.
  • Please note: 2 drivers in 2 different run groups requires 2 primary registrations.
  • A 2nd driver can be added to any primary registration for an additional $150/2-day.
  • Like all drivers, a co-driver must have current membership in Chin Track Days.

Membership

  • Like most track time car clubs, Chin Track Days has an annual membership.
    A driver must have first have a member account and password to complete registration.
