Essential Information

  • Track Event Registration: $649
  • Second Driver Fee (read details below): $150
  • Coaching fee, applicable for novice drivers: $100
  • Register on this page for 2-day participation, Thursday-Friday. See separate page for 1-day option.
  • Safety Equipment announcement from the NJ State Police:
    • Only Helmets must be SA2020, M2020 or newer!
    • All vehicles will be inspected by the Chin Track Days crew for service date compliance. Items that will be inspected: belts, seats, HANS(if owned), SFI padding required on cars with a roll cage, and helmets. Fees will not be refunded if you have out of date safety equipment and aren't able to run.

Guidance for Instructors

  • Instructors are now being accepted.
  • Current Chin instructors: complete online registration, and click 'Instructors Only' to skip the fees. THEN,
    please email brandon@Chintrackdays.com , requesting instructor status.
  • For new instructors, registration is available only with prior approval.
    Please see our instructor criteria.
  • Track fees are always complimentary for instructors

Food and Drink

  • Meals at the track are on-your-own.
  • Bring plenty of water.

Recommended Hotels

Convertibles

  • Street convertibles that are equipped with some form of fixed aftermarket or factory roll protection
    can be accepted, but only in novice or intermediate categories.
  • Roll hoops/bars must exceed helmet height (broomstick rule)
  • Cabriolets equipped only with deployable protection are NOT accepted, a bar or hoop must be fixed in place.
  • A street convertible that has no roll protection, I.E. Corvette or Mustang, early Miata, cannot be accepted

Co-Drivers/Car Sharing

  • Co-drivers are welcome, sharing a car in the same run group.
  • A 2nd driver can be added to any primary registration for an additional $150/2-days.
  • Like all drivers, a co-driver must have current membership in Chin Motorsports.
  • Please note: 2 drivers in 2 different run groups requires 2 primary registrations.
