Essential Information

  • Track Event Registration: $549
  • Second Driver Fee (read details below): $150
  • Coaching fee, applicable for novice drivers: $100

  • NOTE: NCM has a strict sound limit: 102.5dB. Please ensure your car is below this sound limit before getting to the track! Car's that do not meet this limit will not be allowed on track!
  • Private garage rental is $70 per day: available directly through NCM Motorsports Park, please contact: Justin@motorsportspark.org for details.
  • Overnight RV stays permitted: $75 for the weekend, includes power hook-up. Available directly through NCM Motorsports Park, please contact: Justin@motorsportspark.org
  • Chin format: 3 run groups: Novice, Intermediate, Advanced.
    • limited enrollment, 3.5 hours daily track time to each group.
  • Premium Private coaching with IMSA Pro Jade Buford is offered FOR SUNDAY ONLY at this event.
    • Pro-Coaching can be reserved by the session or for the entire day, SUNDAY ONLY. Please email Event Manager to reserve Pro-Coaching
  • Private event: Registered drivers may bring guests such as crew or family. All guests must be on the gate list for access to the paddock.
    • Those not on the list will not be allowed to enter the track.

Guidance for Instructors

  • The instructor quota has been filled.
  • Please send a message to Will@Chintrackdays.com, to be added to the waitlist.
  • For new instructors, registration is available only with prior approval.
    Please see our instructor criteria.
  • Track fees are always complimentary for instructors

Food and Drink

  • NCM Motorsports Park has arranged for a food vendor to be present in the paddock for this event

Recommended Hotels

Convertibles

  • Convertibles may be driven in OE configuration. No modification needed.
  • There is obvious additional risk to use a convertible, and an additional waiver is applicable.

Co-Drivers/Car Sharing

  • Co-drivers with solo eligibility are welcome, sharing a car in the same run group.
  • Please note: 2 drivers in 2 different run groups requires 2 primary registrations.
  • A 2nd driver can be added to any primary registration for an additional $150/2-day.
  • Like all drivers, a co-driver must have current membership in Chin Track Days.
